Description

100% SYNTHETIC NON-MELTING PAO GREASE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES

XL0715 is an olefin-based grease designed for critical high temperature performance. XL0715 is formulated with high polymer base stocks, which result in exceptionally low volatility at higher temperatures, as depicted in the table below.

FEATURES:
• Exceptional Thermal Stability • Non Carbonizing
• High Performance EP Additives • Waterproof
• Superior Rust Protection • Performs from idle to high R.P.M.
• Non Melting, Non Dripping
APPLICATIONS:
• Foundries
• Skate Bearings
• Ovens
• Dryers, etc

VOLATIZATION OVER 72 HOURS
72 hours @ 200°C............................... 1%
72 hours @ 250°C............................... 4%
72 hours @ 300°C............................. 12%
72 hours @ 350°C ............................. 28%
72 hours @ 400°C ............................. 70%

XL0715/252 is a special grade formulated with a calcium sulphonate base to provide the same protection at lower temperatures.
